If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fe Total payment is due 35 days before arrival. Holiday destination

Just a few steps head directly to the beach. This is a extensive, several kilometres large beach along almost the whole Bay of Alcudia; from Puerto de Alcudia to Can Picafort, although this precise area, Playa de Muro, is very peaceful. The beach called "dels Capellans" is very near, and it is well known thanks to the restaurants by the sea where you can taste the delicious "paella". If you also enjoy the mountains and its paths, or lets say "nature" itself, we recommend an excursion to the area of Formentor and Pollensa. The town centre of Alcudia, characterised by its cobblestone streets and the mythic walls, is a must visit. In addition, it becomes a very lively place on Tuesdays and Sundays, when its traditional street market takes place.
