Cancellation policy

If you cancel your vacation booking, we will refund 100% of the cost if the period you have booked is re-booked and completed by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if this is the case. If the previously booked period cannot be finalized at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded. In the event that you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be rescheduled to another period in 2023 or 2024. The deposit paid for this reservation would be applied to the new reservation. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your vacation.
