Cancellation policy
If you cancel your holiday booking, we will refund 100% of the costs if the period you booked is rebooked and completed by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you when this is the case.
If the previously booked period cannot be completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the property owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be moved to another time in 2023 or 2024.
The deposit paid for this reservation would be used for the new booking.

Holiday destination
Villa Tone is the only house in the village of Celija. From the village, in just a few minutes,
you can reach the main road of Istria and be anywhere in Istria within 30 minutes.
The nearest beach is only 12 minutes away from the villa. The supermarket (Konzum in Vodnjan) is just a few minutes away, and there are many good restaurants in the area.
