Cancellation policy
In the event of a rental withdrawal from the agreed rental contract, the following cancellation fees must be paid by the tenant - unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement:
• from the start of the binding rental agreement up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the net rental price
• from 30 days before arrival: 95% of the net rental price
• "No Show" or termination of the rental during the agreed rental period: 100% of the net rental price

If you ever find it too cozy, there are various sporting activities on offer. At the beach about 450 m away, you can swim in the Lario, and there is also a water ski and diving school very close by. Or you can borrow a canoe for free from the landlord (use at your own risk) and explore the lake with it. There are also a variety of ways to spend the day on land. Lezzeno with its bars, cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, and various leisure activities is only about 600 m away. The historic city of Como with its romantic old town is just about 20 km away, and the picturesque Bellaggio, only about 8 km away, invites you to stroll and enjoy. You can share all these experiences with the rest of the world through the free Wi-Fi internet access and make those who unfortunately had to stay at home envious. And at the end of a relaxing and unforgettable vacation, it's up to you to judge how many stars "Spa Stella Lario" really deserves! You can park your vehicles either in the garage belonging to the house or on the three parking spaces.
Lezzeno (about 2,100 inhabitants) is a small community on the western shore of Lake Como between the towns of Nesso and Bellagio and, according to records, was already founded by the Celts. The town stretches for nearly 7 kilometers along the lake, thus offering access to the water; a location that makes this area particularly attractive. Nestled in the surrounding mountains, some of which rise steeply, this part of the Lario (the local name for Lake Como) feels almost like a Norwegian fjord landscape. Here you will also find the only island of the lake, the historic Isola Comacina. Sports enthusiasts will find a paradise here, as Lezzeno offers public beaches, well-developed hiking trails by the lake and in the lush mountain landscape, two water ski schools, a tennis court, a public swimming pool, and a passenger ferry. Grocery stores, bars, cafes, and restaurants round off the offerings just as much as the traditional markets that take place in the surrounding area. Culture lovers will also get their money's worth, as not only the smaller music events are worth a visit, but of course also Como, about 20 km away, where you can follow in the footsteps of its very turbulent and varied history, visit great museums, and familiarize yourself with the long tradition of silk production. Those who like to indulge in culinary delights will find a wide selection of restaurants with traditional fish dishes on Italy's richest fish lake, prepared and served by open and hospitable people.
