The property's exteriors are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Without a doubt, the protagonist will be the marvellous infinity pool with integrated jacuzzi, which is private and chlorinated. Measuring 10 x 5 m and with a depth range of between 1.15 and 1.8 m, it also has an area for children to cool off while splashing around. All around you will find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and several furnished terraces from where you can enjoy fun moments while eating or having a drink with your companions and admiring the breathtaking views of the surroundings. The property is fenced and, although there are a few neighbours in the area, privacy is almost total.
Distributed over two floors, the interior of the house is decorated with exquisite taste and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor there is a large living room equipped with AC and TV with satellite channels, a dining room that leads to the kitchen, which has induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and a toilet. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. On this floor you will also find four of the five bedrooms, all of them with AC and en-suite bathrooms. Two of them have a double bed and an en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower, while the other two have two single beds each and an en suite bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the lower floor, where you will find another cosy living room and the fifth bedroom, which has a double bed, AC and en-suite bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
