The house boasts a fascinating outdoor area. A wonderful garden area with fruit trees surrounds the 12x5m chlorine pool area and an outdoor shower and sun loungers for you to relax after a dip. A fully furnished porch with a ping-pong table for your entertainment and a terrace with a chill-out area and table for all guests invite you to enjoy a wonderful barbecue with your companions. The barbecue is mobile but is mainly located in the kitchen ready for summer meals.
The interior of the main house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV and a fireplace to extend the evenings. There is also a large table with chairs to enjoy your favourite dishes with your family and friends. The gas cooker is independent and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the same floor there is also a toilet. Three bedrooms are on the first floor, all with double beds and mountain views. All have en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower. There is an annex where you have a fourth bedroom also with double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
The property is located 2km from Búger where you will find the necessary services for your holidays such as supermarkets, medical centre, pharmacy, bars and restaurants serving traditional dishes of the island. Don't forget to visit the market which is held in the centre every Thursday. For those who love excursions and incredible views, you can visit the Puig de Santa Magdalena or the Monastery of Lluc. If you want to enjoy the coast, only 15 km separate you from the area of Port d'Alcúdia, where you can visit a water park or magnificent beaches with crystal clear water, or enjoy an exquisite cocktail at sunset and in the evening. If you prefer to visit small and quiet coves with crystal clear water, close to this area, we recommend you to visit La Victoria or Playa de Sant Joan. Also, the Alcanada or Pollença Golf Club will make you spend a pleasant and entertaining time if you like this sport.

If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they should immediately notify Homerti by both calling and writing. If a guest cancels a booking, the agency will apply the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation more than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.
If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.
