Cancellation policy
In the event of a rental withdrawal from the agreed rental contract, the following cancellation fees must be paid by the tenant - unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement:
• from the start of the binding rental agreement up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the pure rental price
• from 30 days before arrival: 95% of the pure rental price
• "No Show" or termination of the rental during the agreed rental period: 100% of the pure rental price

Suna is of Roman origin and the well-preserved medieval town center still bears witness to a tumultuous history. Here one can find magnificent villas from different eras. The former seat of the municipal administration (Pallazzo Cioja) is one of the few architectural examples of a noble palace from the 16th century whose facade was not altered in the 18th century to match the style of that time. These villas shape the town's appearance just as much as the many lush flowering gardens. The long lakeside promenade, with inviting restaurants, cafes, and shops, enchants with its beautiful vegetation of magnolias and privet.
A walk along the lake to the approximately 7 km distant Intra becomes an unforgettable experience. Suna, Pallanza, and Intra merge into one another and have formed the provincial capital Verbania together since 1939. In nearby Pallanza, the Botanical Garden of Villa Taranto covers a 20-hectare area with over 20,000 rare plant species from all continents. Internationally renowned holiday resorts or areas such as Ascona, Locarno, Stresa, the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, and Lake Orta are up to 30 minutes away. With the shipping line, you can comfortably explore the entire lake by boat. Five golf courses can be reached by car within 15 to 30 minutes. An extensive network of walking and hiking trails covers the area, and a rich offer of culture, leisure, and sports opportunities ensures there is never a dull moment.
