In the event of a rental withdrawal from the entered rental agreement, the following cancellation fees must be paid by the tenant - unless otherwise stated in the rental contract:

• "No Show" or rental termination during the agreed rental period: 100% of the net rental price

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a well-maintained two-family house in a quiet and sunny location all day long, only about 1.7 km from the lake and the town center of Cannobio. It only takes a few minutes on foot to reach the small town center of Traffiume, where you'll find a bar, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. The idyllic old town of Cannobio with its magnificent lakeside promenade can be reached by car in just under 5 minutes. About 300 meters away, the Cannobina River awaits with refreshing swimming opportunities and natural beaches. Right from the house, you can explore the area by bicycle, and numerous hiking routes invite you to discover the scenic "Valle Cannobina."
Cannobio (about 5,100 inhabitants) is a lively town and one of the most important tourist centers of Lake Maggiore. This picturesque place is of very ancient origin, its history reflected in the "Palazzi" of different eras. The beautiful lakeside promenade with the old harbor and its variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars is perfect for lingering and relaxing. Particularly attractive is the public beach with its spacious lawn (grass and sand), where you can find shade under the trees in the summer; this beach is wonderfully suitable for children. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy renting various water sports equipment: surfboards, motorboats, pedal boats, etc.
In Cannobio, there are also other sports facilities: a sports field with an athletics track, a sailing club, tennis courts, bocce courts, mini-golf, a children's play park, etc. The proximity to well-known places like Locarno and Ascona with their annual international film and jazz festivals broadens the range of leisure activities. Thanks to the shipping line, you can also reach many places around the lake from the water. The numerous possibilities for walks and excursions by the lake, as well as in the mountains and valleys, give this area its special appeal.
