The highlight is the shared chlorine pool, which offers stunning views of the Mallorcan countryside. Measuring 12.5 x 6 m with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.9 m, itâs ideal for a refreshing swim. There's also a children's pool where the little ones can safely play. Around the pool, youâll find sun loungers, a barbecue, and several furnished areas, perfect for sharing special moments with family and friends. The private apartment also includes a terrace, ideal for enjoying a sunny breakfast or a relaxing evening.
The interior, designed with charming Mallorcan style and featuring high vaulted ceilings, provides a restful and serene environment. The communal areas include a spacious room with small tables and armchairs, perfect for gathering or escaping the midday heat. Your apartment, set on one level, offers a cosy living-dining room with satellite TV. The kitchen, integrated into the living area, is equipped with an induction hob and all the essentials for convenient cooking. The bedroom includes two single beds pushed together, air conditioning, heating, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Extra children sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. For those travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and high chair on request. Additionally, there is a communal laundry area available on the agritourism property.
Breakfast is available from April to October at a rate of €14 per night (optional).

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
