Perfectly located in the beautiful, Moorish terraced garden complex of San Juan de Capistrano (right next to the nature park) - just a 5-minute drive to the center and 3 minutes to Burriana Beach.
Access is via only 19 steps, which is very few for this dream panoramic view and this holiday resort.
This apartment is equipped with 2 air conditioning units, unlimited internet flat rate/Wi-Fi, free TV streaming (currently Netflix), good beds (German duvets and pillows) + a good sofa bed 140x200, and 2 flat-screen TVs with digital German satellite TV (ASTRA).
Furthermore, there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, etc.), a safe in the closet, and roller shutters and fly screens everywhere.
The beautiful, large panoramic window in the living room makes the terrace feel like an extension of the living room. Both the living room and the large south-facing terrace in front of it have sea views.
On both terraces - with sun all day - you will find plenty of sun furniture. For the winter, there are good heating options and underfloor heating in the bathroom.
The holiday resort San Juan de Capistrano, as a district of Nerja, is directly adjacent to the nature park, only a 5-minute drive from the center (3 minutes to the beach or with the regular shuttle bus directly from the complex). The picturesque complex invites you to dreamy walks every day and offers a wonderful, lagoon-like pool landscape with rock island, waterfalls, pool restaurant, and grassy sunbathing areas where you can lie down with your pool towel. Or you can rent sun loungers with umbrellas from the holiday complex.
Due to the proximity to the pool, just a few meters across the street (behind the small supermarket), it is certainly the nicest idea to lie down on your own rooftop terrace and enjoy the sun along with the panoramic view. A visit to the pool provides a nice cooling off and, of course, a visit to the pool bar for a nice relax-drink....
• Important Info: Your holiday apartment is idyllically and picturesquely located in the picturesque complex, the highway runs deep in the tunnel under the complex. Some map programs display this incorrectly. You hear and see nothing from the highway.

The pool is located about 70 meters away from the holiday apartment, behind a building complex, so it is not visible or audible from the apartment's terraces. But it is very quick to reach...

The holiday resort is not located directly on the highway, as shown in some map programs - they do not recognize the tunnel. The train runs 60 meters deep in the tunnel below the resort.

In Nerja, numerous travel agencies offer guided tours and sightseeing. So, you don't need to stay in a hotel to enjoy comfortable group excursions. However, independent sightseeing with a rental car is also highly recommended - depending on your needs and mentality.
Excursions to great hiking areas (you can even start hiking directly above the San Juan complex), Nerja's famous caves, etc., delight all guests.
Two 18-hole golf courses are each about a 20-minute drive away.
The picturesque San Juan de Capistrano is part of the beautiful coastal resort of Nerja and sits majestically on the first hill above the town center and the charming old town - with an impressive panoramic sea view. Above the complex, there is only beautiful landscape, the nature park, hills, and rock formations.
At the pool, you'll find plenty of lawns, waterfalls, palm trees, bars, and restaurants - and also a sea view. The pool area with its lagoon-like large turquoise water landscape with a rock island is one of the most beautiful in the entire region.
The resort is only about a 3-minute drive from the beautiful, well-known Burriana beach. 15 minutes to the east, you'll find more splendid (unspoiled) beaches/coves in the Cerro Gordo nature reserve.
Nerja is the ideal starting point for excursions. Its own famous caves are impressive. Seville, Granada and the Alhambra, Cordoba, and even Gibraltar, Ronda, and Jerez can be easily reached on a day trip.
• A holiday of superlatives: A holiday apartment (penthouse or top floor apartment in the small building) with a dream sea view in one of the most beautiful corners of Nerja - in a resort with a nature park right behind it and quick access to all important holiday areas such as the beach, 2 large supermarkets, Nerja center, old town with pedestrian zone, Balcon de Europa, and the highway in 5 to 6 minutes.
Nerja is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Costa del Sol and is also known as the 'Marbella of the eastern coast'. However, Nerja is not as glamorous as Marbella would like to be. Its airport is Malaga (also possible Almeria, Sevilla, Alicante, Madrid, and Jerez de la Frontera)
Nerja is never deserted all year round, travelers come throughout the year and the approximately 20,000 inhabitants keep the place constantly lively.
But even in the high season, it is usually never really unpleasantly overcrowded. Full, yes, but as a rule, it is not perceived as too much, as is the case elsewhere in Spanish tourist destinations. 5 beautiful beaches in the town and further splendid natural beaches 10-15 minutes by car outside make your holiday perfect for sunbathing.
The most famous Andalusian attractions and excursion possibilities are almost all within a 1.5-hour drive.
There is also plenty on offer for sports enthusiasts.

Should there be an issue to resolve, we can organize it promptly - as we speak Spanish & are well-connected. We work with a skilled house technician - and the excellent cleaning team of a local Belgian agency. There, you can also book excursions & order additional services. We fell in love with this area back in 2001 and quickly brought along more travel enthusiasts. Thus, we have managed to gain 'shareholders' within the family for our private holiday rental, allowing us now to offer a great selection of 10 private, modern holiday properties. The rentals and formalities are, of course, organized by us here on-site, so there are many advantages for you in this concept, yet the booking, etc., is uncomplicated. Welcome!
