The villa is divided into three floors and can host up to 13 guests.
On the ground floor, you will enter the big, bright living room with TV, comfortable sofas and a billiard table. On the other side, the fully-equipped kitchen and the dining room. On the same floor, you will then find a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the laundry area with dryer machine.
On the first floor, there is the night area with two more double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a multifunctional room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a desk, a space that can be used also as a studio. On the last floor, there is then a room for yoga and training and a corner with a play area for kids.
The villa has air conditioning, mosquito nets and the upper floors are easily accessible also for guests with reduced mobility thanks to the lift.
Outdoor, the wide, equipped porch, a trampoline for your kids and the beautiful pool with panoramic view and solarium. Guests will also have access to a garage with an electric car charging point.

Truffle hunting.
Casale Astralis is at a short distance from the villages of Saltara and Cartoceto, this one famous for the local production of extra-virgin olive oil. In just 20 minutes, you can reach Fano with its famous Roman Arch and the coastline with both free and equipped beaches as well as numerous cafès, bars and fish restaurants. If you head towards the inland area, you will then find a great number of villages and historical towns, like Urbino, a Unesco World Heritage Site.
Take the motorway A14 Bologna / Pescara. If you are coming from North, direction to Ancona. If you are coming from South, direction Bologna.
Exit at Fano, follow the direction to Rome and drive along SS73bis for about 13km. Exit at Calcinelli and follow the direction to Saltara/Cartoceto. At the first traffic light, go straight and follow the direction to Saltara. Drive along SP26 for about 2,5km.
Once in Saltara, take Via del Santuario. After 500m you will see Casale Astralis on your left.

If our guests wish to cancel the booking we will apply the following cancellation policy:
• 30% of the total price of booking up to 45 days before the departure;
• 60% of the total price of booking from 44 to 30 days before the departure;
• 80% of the total price of booking from 29 to 15 days before the departure;
• After this deadline, the penalty will be equal to the entire value of the holiday rental
During summer months we only accept bookings from Saturdays to Saturdays.
