The villa is on two levels connected by an internal staircase.

First Floor: Four double bedrooms (two with ensuite bathroom with shower), a bathroom with tub and shower, a bathroom with shower and a study with a double sofa bed.
Depandance: Kitchen-living room, double bed, two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen-living room and sleeping areas are divided by sliding curtains.
The garden, completely fenced, has outdoor furniture and a panoramic pool. Mainly rectangular in shape, measuring 15 x 8 m and with a depth varying from 1.40m to 2.40m, open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
