Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation, the landlord will endeavor to rent the "Ferien-Holzhaus" to someone else. If this is not possible, 90% of the rental price is due for the tenant.
Travel cancellation insurance is therefore recommended.
For each cancellation, a processing fee of 30 euros will be retained in the event of a refund.
Rental conditions
- •Deposit: 20% of the rental price days after booking due
- •Final payment: days before arrival
- •no security deposit
- •Arrival time: earliest 3:00 PM
- •Departure: by latest 10:00 AM

Surrounded by fields and meadows, our farm is on the outskirts of Neustadt in the direction of Rettin. The beautiful beaches of Pelzerhaken, Rettin and Neustadt are only 3 km away; the nearest shop is only about 300 m away. The beautiful city center and the harbor can also be reached in a few minutes. AND Germany's only adventure park by the sea - the Hansapark - is only 12 km away.

POSITIV: sehr verkehrsgünstig und trotzdem ruhig, großes Grundstück, Pkw direkt am Haus, gute Raumaufteilung des Hauses, mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand nur ca. 15 Minuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar (Aldi, Famila), Grill funktioniert sehr gut
NEGATIV: Geschirrspüler war während des gesamten Urlaubs defekt, der Zustand von Bad/WC sollte verbessert werden (verschimmelte Fugen in der Dusche, WC-Deckel mit gelber Unterseite), Auflagen für die sonst guten Gartenmöbel gab es nicht, Fliegengitter - zumindest in Bad u. Schlafzimmer - wären sinnvoll

Süsses kleines Holzhaus im Schweden Style.
Ruhig gelegen mit viel grün drumherum. Was mir sehr gut gefallen hat, es war sehr sauber.Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen und auch unser Hund war willkommen. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
