Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the owner/landlord is trying to relet the apartments "Südstrand". If this is impossible, the rental price is payable at 90% for the tenant.
Travel insurance is recommended.
In case of repayment there will be a cancellation fee of thirty Euro withheld.

Getting there
• Freeway A1, from Hamburg to the north • Exit Neustadt / Pelzerhaken (right direction Grömitz) • After 1000m turn right direction Neustadt • follow the road (turn left) • Mercedes Benz leave the roundabout at the 2nd exit, direction Rettin / Pelzerhaken • follow after about 1500m turn right towards Pelzerhaken • 1200m for the road, then turn right • after 1700m is the campsite south beach on the left side

Uns, meiner Frau, meinem Vater und mir, hat sowohl die Lage der Wohnung, die Ausstattung und vor allem der traumhafte Ausblick sowohl vom Inneren der Wohnung als auch auf der sage und schreibe nach Abschreiten ca. 14m langen Dachterrasse sehr gefallen. Auch der Service bei Fragen wie auch im zugehörigen Bistro war einfach klasse!
Einziges Manko sind die vorhandenen Boxspringbetten. Da bei den Betten die Matratzen nur aufgelegt sind, verrutschen diese sehr leicht. Man rutscht beim Aufstehen durch den fehlenden Halt sehr leicht weg.
Zudem hätte sich mein Vater für ältere Menschen wie ihn eine Haltemöglichkeit in der Dusche gewünscht, um sicherer stehen zu können.
Trotzdem können wir diese Wohnung zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!!
