Cancellation policy
Delay in payment, resignation, cancellation and termination of stay
If the tenant defaults on his payment, the tenant withdraws from the contract or the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental without naming a subsequent tenant who enters the contract under the same conditions, are compensation taking into account the saved expenses In addition to a fee of EUR 50, the following, proportional rents (minus ancillary costs & tourist tax) must be paid, provided that another rental is not possible:

-up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price
Otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The day on which the declaration is received is decisive.

Enkhuizen is a city in West Friesland in the province of Noord-Holland. The city is located on both the IJsselmeer and the Markermeer. A 25 km long dike leads directly from Enkhuizen through the water to Lelystad, which separates the IJsselmeer and the Markermeer. Thanks to this unique location, Enkhuizen is very popular with tourists. The harbor and the fantastic water sports facilities attract many water sports fans every year.

Getting there
To arrive in Enkhuizen is very uncomplicated via Lelystad, only the motorway or well-developed main road. An absolute experience is the trip over the approx. 25km long Houtribsdijk, which leads through the middle of the IJssel and Markermeer - where you only look is water.
