The Warda apartment is located not far from the center of Desenzano del Garda and its beaches, you can also reach on foot some famous restaurants, pizzerias and typical pastry shops.
Other historical places can be reached within a few minutes by car, such as Sirmione, Peschiera or the splendid hamlets scattered in the morainic hills towards Mantova.
Getting there
Bed sheets and towels are included in your reservation, you will have a set for each person booking.
All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law .
On arrival, you will be asked to payment the deposit for an amount equal to € 300 in cash which will be returned on the day of check out in the absence of any damage to the property.
The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30. Check out will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.

We had a amazing stay, the apartment is located in a complex (Wanda) which is about 20-25 minutes walking from the old city center of Desenzano. The complex is modern and quite new, it comes also with a excellent pool area. The apartment itself is modern and clean and has all the required items. From our point of view the pricing is spot on with quality delivered. Only minor down side is the noise from nearby apartments or houses (such as dogs barking or TV volume for example), but this is only during short time span in the evening and during the day and night the place is quite peaceful and calm. We really enjoyed our stay and it is well located to explore the area around Lago di Garda. We definitely can recommend this apartment and the communication with Holigarda was very good (fast replies and proactive communication).
