The Villa's strategic position guarantees total privacy for guests enjoying the proximity of Lake Garda and the great tranquility of the Morainic hills.
Ideal as a starting point to visit the historical, natural beauties and the wine and food itineraries of the area.
Getting there
Bed sheets and towels are included in your reservation, you will have a set for each person booking.
All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law .
On arrival, you will be asked to payment the deposit for an amount equal to € 300 in cash which will be returned on the day of check out in the absence of any damage to the property.
The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30. Check out will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.

We found our summer villa
The accommodation is an absolute dream we were as a family with 3 children they had their own pool and enough space to play in the fenced garden. We have nothing to complain about it is very quiet you can enjoy the peace and quiet and look out from the terrace on the beautiful lake and by the way fire up the barbecue. In the center you are in a few minutes also to the lake only a few minutes! Staff comes and mows the lawn takes care of the pool maintenance and the flowers, the host is very very friendly!
