Cancellation policy
Cancellation and early termination/ for new booking/
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a new tenant who accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs (exc.cleaning):
Termination
- up to 60 days before arival: possible to cancel according to our terms and conditions
- up to 43 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 28 days before arrival) 100% of the rent.
- - No show or interruption of the holiday ... 100% of the total holiday amount.
(2) The renter can prove a lesser damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
