Other recreational opportunities
Nerja is considered one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Costa del Sol and is the ideal starting point for beautiful and interesting excursions and also hiking tours. The sun-drenched coasts always offer a climate for soaking up the sun and light and for many sporting activities. Almost everything is open all year round and there is always a good infrastructure at your disposal. In winter, the nearest supermarket can be reached in 2 minutes by car, from Easter to 20 November even on foot directly in the complex next to the pool area - which is also generally open from Easter onwards (until 31.10). And even in winter you can walk about 10 minutes to two smaller supermarkets (down the hill a bit). Very often, at least one of the resort's 4 restaurants is still open in winter. The famous Burriana beach and Nerja centre are about 1.5 - 2.5 km away (3 or 5 minutes by car or by bus directly from the resort). Sports possibilities are almost unlimited. Tennis, horse riding, paragliding (10 km away), many water sports, etc. A rental car is recommended and much more convenient, but not absolutely necessary due to the bus connection. Rental tips for serious and inexpensive car hire are offered online on the rental page.
Holiday destination
Important! The resort/complex and your holiday flat are not located directly on the motorway. The motorway shown in the maps runs deep down in the tunnel, you will notice very little of it! Picturesque, green and idyllic location directly at the nature park! Your penthouse is idyllically situated at the end of a cul-de-sac right next to the 'Parque Natural' and offers one of the most beautiful panoramic sea views in the area. Topless/nudism is possible on your terrace due to the sheltered location. The beautiful garden complex of San Juan de Capistrano is built in terraced neo-Moorish (Andalusian) style and has a very picturesque and picturesque atmosphere. It is part of the town of Nerja and is only 5 minutes by car from the centre and the old town. You can reach the beautiful Burriana beach in 3 minutes by car or by regular bus directly from San Juan de Capistrano. The architectural style of the garden complex gives the impression of living in a white village, typical of Andalusia, which has grown naturally. One of the most beautiful of the pool areas in the area is the lake-like pool oasis (exclusive to holiday guests/residents) of the San Juan resort with rock island and small waterfalls. This impressive pool landscape and the nice urbanisation with its picturesque village character and flowery tropical gardens are something which lateron cannot be forgotten. You will come back... In the spacious pool area with open spaces and sunbeds for rent (cheap), there is a separate children's pool for the very young and a small supermarket for quick purchases (both open daily from normally each year at least Easter until the end of October, the supermarket is even usually open from Easter until mid-November). If required: A bus runs regularly to Nerja centre and to the comfortable beach (with beach showers and toilets). • A holiday of superlatives: A holiday flat (penthouse) with dream sea view in one of the most beautiful corners of Nerja - with nature park directly behind it and quick access to all important holiday areas such as Burriana beach, 2 large supermarkets, Nerja centre, old town with pedestrian zone, Balcon de Europa, motorway 6 minutes. • Everything included: pool, air-conditioning, internet/wifi free of charge/unlimited flatrate, 2 flat-TVs (all German channels - ASTRA), music, dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, safe, fantastic south-facing terrace, sun loungers, awning, etc. • Your air-conditioned, modern, bright comfort flat offers a dreamlike and spectacular panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea (180° panoramic view) from the 23 m² sunny south terrace.
Getting there
By plane you can reach Malaga airport (65 km) or Almeria (2.5 h) or Seville (2 h) from all the usual German airports. Rental cars are often cheap. With your own car, you can drive the beautiful southern Mediterranean route always along the coast. From Malaga airport it is about 45 minutes by car to your holiday flat. Host informationWe, a couple around 50, are your directly responsible private landlords. For a long time we have lived & worked in Nerja ourselves for most of the year - this guarantees you a relaxed holiday. If there is a task to be solved, we can organise it promptly - as we speak Spanish & are well connected. We work with a good house technician - and the excellent cleaning team of a Belgian agency on site. There you can also book excursions & order other services. We fell in love with this area back in 2001 and quickly attracted other travel enthusiasts. This way we were able to win over some more 'shareholders' within the family for our private holiday rental, in order to offer you a great selection of 10 private, modern holiday properties by now. The renting and the formalities are of course organised by us here on site, so that there are many advantages for you with this concept, but the booking etc. is uncomplicated.

Wir waren begeistert. Die Ferienwohnung liegt traumhaft, umgeben von einer Blüten- und Pflanzenpracht. Die Umgebung war sehr gepflegt, ruhig und visuell ein Genuss. Die Ausstattung war vollständig, alles war vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und hat eine gehobene Ausstattung, alles nötige ist vorhanden. Danke an die Vermieter.

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick über den Ort und Rundum Blick aufs Mittelmeer. Wer die Sonne genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig - den ganzen Tag von Ost bis West scheint die Sonne auf die Terrasse. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist im Prinzip ausreichend - ein kleines "Update" bei den Utensilien wäre sinnvoll. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.
