Cancellation policy

The guest is liable if they do not use the booked apartment or only use it partially (cancellation, no-show, late arrival, early departure). They remain legally obligated to pay the price for the agreed service, regardless of the reason for the impediment. This is not a claim for damages but a claim for performance. The place of jurisdiction is Bolzano. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be credited for 1 year but not refunded. For cancellations within 30 days before the start of the holiday, 80% of the booking value will be charged. In the case of late arrival or early departure, the full booking value will be charged. Cancellation is annoying for everyone involved. It's a pity when apartments remain vacant and others would have liked to come. On the other hand, something can come up for anyone. Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
