The freshly painted pink Casa Miralago is located in Musso, an original village on the western shore of Lake Como. On the ground floor of the house, there is a cozy living room with a fireplace and access to the large, wrap-around balcony. To the side of the house, it forms a sun terrace with a dining table and some beautiful plants, and to the front, it is a sunny balcony with a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The decor is individually selected, with great emphasis on beautiful materials and comfort. The kitchen matches the style of the house and is well-equipped. The appealing bathroom is also on the ground floor. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, both airy and very cozy due to the open wooden beam ceiling.
The house includes a reserved, covered parking space right on the property.

The area is popular with water sports enthusiasts and mountain bikers. Musso is a great starting point for hikes and excursions around Lake Como. The town has a small beach, while the neighboring towns of Dongo or Pianello del Lario are not far away and have larger beach areas. Shops, bus stops, boat docks, restaurants, etc. are quickly accessible.
Casa Miralago is located in Musso, in a slightly elevated, sunny position with a view. Therefore, from the house, you can enjoy this wonderful view. In the neighborhood, there are other private homes, some of which are also used as holiday rentals. The location is quiet but not isolated. It's just under a 5-minute drive to the town and the beach. Musso has a small beach and a boat dock. From there, ferries travel across the entire lake.

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.
If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not utilized, provided these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list.
The guest is always free – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that no damage has occurred or not in the amount calculated.
