Cancellation policy
If you, for whatever reason, fall behind with the payment, withdraw from the contract before the rental period starts, or cancel (terminate) without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (minus utility costs & tourist tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 10% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental period begins) 100% of the rental price.
If you leave early, you still have to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing (email accepted). The relevant date is the day the statement is received.

Holiday destination
Breskens boasts a four-kilometer-long and very wide sandy beach with fantastic beach pavilions that invite you to linger comfortably and enjoy delicious food.
The black-and-white striped lighthouse located on the beach is a popular photo subject and can be visited on weekends.
You can enjoy the sandy beach for 10 km up to Cadzand. Bike tours with destinations like Knokke, Domburg, or Renesse are a wonderful experience, as you mostly ride on the dyke with a sea view. Beach pavilions invite you to enjoy and relax.
Adjacent to the very well-maintained park is the recreation area "Waterdunen". It offers many hiking trails, a variety of plants and bird species for nature lovers to make interesting discoveries.
In the town of Breskens, 2 km away, there is the possibility to shop (baker, butcher, groceries, drugstores, clothing, pet shop, etc.) and to visit numerous restaurants of various kinds as well as cafes.
Should you ever need a doctor, one can also be found in the town of Breskens.
Bicycles can be bought and rented at the "Bike Store Breskens".
The park features a supermarket with fresh rolls daily, an indoor swimming pool, a children's playground with an air trampoline, a restaurant with a very nice outdoor and lounge area, a fast-food outlet, bowling alleys, a bistro, as well as bicycle, e-bike, and go-kart rental. These means of transport can be rented in the park or reserved online.
Getting there
Excellent transport connections, mainly via motorways and federal roads.
Accessible from Aachen, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, or Cologne in just 2.5 - 3.5 hours.

Ein tolles Haus, sehr hundefreundlich.
Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten bei der Anreise waren eine tolle Überraschung und besonders, dass auch an die Hunde gedacht wurde. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen!
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
