Olburgen is located in the less touristy Gelderland, right on the IJssel near Arnhem and Apeldoorn. The national parks "Veluwezoom" and "Hoge Veluwe", the largest national park in the Netherlands, with forests, heathlands, and sand drifts are also not far away.
The Hanseatic towns of Doesburg, Zutphen, and Deventer invite you to stroll and can even be reached by boat.
But even those who just want to relax are warmly welcomed at Sophia's restaurant.
Getting there
From the Ruhr area, take the A3 towards Arnhem. From Münsterland, go through Enschede and Apeldoorn towards Arnhem.
