Villa Oliva was built in 1926 in an elegant Mediterranean style and has been recently renovated with great care to combine authentic charm with modern comfort. The property boasts a spacious 1,000 m² garden planted with olive and fig trees, enhancing the Mediterranean ambiance. The garden also features a private outdoor pool (30 m²) equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. Guests can also use a gas grill and a large dining table, perfect for family meals or dinners under the stars.
The apartment, located on the first floor of the building, spans 95 m² and is designed to accommodate up to eight guests. It includes three bedrooms (one master and two additional), all with double beds and ceiling fans for cooling during warm summer days.
