The villa features 6 spacious bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, a fitness room, a sauna, a large wine cellar, and a heated pool with a beautiful jacuzzi. There is also a playground for children, while adults can enjoy the many terraces, the summer kitchen, and several pavilions designed for outdoor relaxation.
The villa’s layout is well thought out, offering comfort at every turn. The ground floor includes one bedroom, a bathroom convenient for guests who want to use the sauna, and a spacious wine cellar that’s perfect for gatherings. The wine cellar is climate-controlled and designed to be the heart of the house, where family or friends can gather over a glass of fine wine in a cozy atmosphere. The ground floor also features an indoor fireplace for cooking enthusiasts, next to a practical kitchen for preparing light meals.
The bedrooms are comfortable, air-conditioned, and equipped with TVs to ensure privacy and relaxation for every guest. The first floor has a spacious bathroom with modern decor, featuring two sinks, a shower, a toilet, and a corner massage tub. A unique feature of this bathroom is the built-in television, allowing for entertainment during a relaxing soak. On the second floor, there’s a third bathroom with a sink, shower, and additional bathtub, offering various options for relaxation. Towels are provided in all bathrooms, ensuring a carefree stay.
The villa is particularly suited for summer enjoyment outdoors. In the large courtyard, planted with olive trees and other Mediterranean plants, there’s a 60 m² heated pool with a jacuzzi, where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding scenery. Next to the pool are two pavilions: one with a summer kitchen, equipped with everything needed to prepare meals (large fireplace, stove, oven, fridge), and the other is for lounging and socializing. You can enjoy your holiday by the pool without having to go indoors, with the convenience of the summer kitchen and sun loungers under umbrellas. The entire estate is fenced, ensuring safety and privacy for all guests. You can access the property through electric gates that open with a code. In addition to several parking spaces, guests also have access to a driveway for multiple vehicles, two air-conditioned garages, carports, and a large storage shed for sports equipment.
