If guests wish to cancel the booking, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
100% if the previously reserved period is sold to another group at the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded. There are no additional cancellation costs.

Villa Sea and Wind is located on a hill above the east coast of Istria, in a small village a few kilometers from the most brilliant sea on the Adriatic and numerous beautiful beaches.
Labin is based on the site of a Roman city on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone streets, old buildings and beautiful churches.

Wir waren als Gruppe von 7 Personen in der Villa, und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und antworten sehr schnell bei eventuellen Nachfragen. Das Haus an sich ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht: großzügige Küche und Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Balkon, riesige Terasse mit Hängematte und einem grandiosen Ausblick aufs Meer, Pool und sogar eine Tischtennisplatte. Definitiv einen Besuch wert!
