Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

During the high season the villa is only rented on weekdays from Saturday to Saturday.
Prices based on 4 guests, more than 4 and up to 6 guests may stay at 35 EUR / extra guest / day.

Holiday destination
Pula is the largest and the oldest city in Istria and offers a great deal of attractions, events and possible activities. Pula has numerous well- preserved ancient monuments, so make sure not to miss the most famous of them: World's 6th largest Amphitheatre, the beautiful Arch of the Sergii Family and Croatia's largest ancient mosaic Punishment of Dirce. The Amphitheatre hosts many festivals and spectacles, so surely you will find something to enjoy. The places gravitating towards Pula have many interesting landmarks and natural beauties where you can relax with all your senses. We absolutely recommend discovering the many beaches along the coastline starting from Pula, Štinjan, Valbandon, Fažana, Peroj, all the way to Barbariga, visiting the national park islands Brijuni and the medieval Vodnjan whose church of St. Blaise has the tallest bell tower in Istria and the oldest European mummies.
