Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

Villa Emanuel is in a small Istrian village named Dobrani. It's far from the mass - tourism crowds and surrounded by the almost untouched nature.

Wir verbrachten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Emanuel. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Ferienhaus an sich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Innenbereich ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Whirlpool, sowie einer Lounge zum Entspannen hat in jeder Hinsicht unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Ideal für Menschen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Das Ferienhaus ist absolut empfehlenswert!
Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter. Es war toll!

Bei Ankunft freundlicher und netter Empfang des Vermieters sogar ein Gastgeschenk wurde für uns vorbereitet.
Das Haus ist top ausgestattet man braucht wirklich keine Handtücher Wasserkocher Fön und dergleichen mitnehmen. Es ist alles da.
Es ist alles sehr sauber!!! Absolut top!!!
Auch der Aussenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist ein absoluter Klassiker und ist abends schön beleuchtet. Der Whirlpool ist auch ein schönes Highlight auf diesem Anwesen auch für Sportler steht ein mega tolles Klettergerüst zur Verfügung mit dem wir sehr viel Spaß hatten.
Unsere Kinder haben sich total wohlgefühlt und auch wir als Eltern konnten uns gut entspannen da alles überschaubar war. Man konnte vom Sitzbereich immer einen Blick auf den Pool werfen.
In Großen und Ganzem absolut zum empfehlen
