The villa is located in a small charming village of Kinkeli, in the middle of the Istrian peninsula. The area is calm and peaceful. The nearest town is Žminj, only 5 km away. There you will find two shops, two very good restaurants, ATMs, a petrol station and a pharmacy. Žminj is also a beautiful city to visit. An old castle, quarries and small narrow streets between old houses. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach all the interesting places in Istria, such as Rovinj, Pula, Motovun, Grožnjan ...
