Cancellation policy

You may cancel at any time without incurring additional charges and the following refund policy will apply: 100% of the deposit will be refunded if the previously booked period is completed at the same price. If the previously booked period is not completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded. If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be rescheduled for another period in 2022 or 2023. The deposit paid for that reservation would be applied to the new reservation. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your vacation.

Villa Welcome Home is located on a hill above the east coast of Istria, in a small village, a few kilometers from the most brilliant Adriatic sea and numerous beautiful beaches. Labin is based on the site of a Roman town on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches.
