Cancellation policy
The tenant may withdraw from the lease in writing. In this case, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation:
- from booking up to 49 days before the start of the rental period = 35% of the rental price
- 49 to 35 days before the start of the rental period = 50% of the rental price
- 35 to 14 days before the start of the rental period = 75% of the rental price
- from 14 days before the start of the rental period = 100% of the rental price

Wir sind als Familie verreist und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt - man ist schnell zu Fuß am Strand und die Feriensiedlung fügt sich perfekt in die Landschaft ein. Der große Garten mit Steg am Wasser hat uns tolle Abende unter dem Sternenhimmel gebracht. Im Haus selbst fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Schlafzimmer und Bäder sowie die offene Küche und der Wohnbereich sind top ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfreich.
Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Der tolle Garten und der Anlegesteg haben uns schöne Stunden geschenkt. Man ist schnell am Strand und dennoch ist es sehr ruhig und privat.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
