Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. In this case, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation:
- From booking up to 49 days before the start of the rental period = 35% of the rental price
- 49 to 35 days before the start of the rental period = 50% of the rental price
- 35 to 14 days before the start of the rental period = 75% of the rental price
- From 14 days before the start of the rental period = 100% of the rental price
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Note: During the holidays, we rent on a 7-day cycle from Friday to Friday! Special requests only upon inquiry!

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Ferienhaus De Zandbank verbracht. Das Haus ist absolut perfekt ausgestattet , sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern braucht. Unsere 3 jährige Enkelin war hocherfreut über ein Laufrad und einen Spielrasenmäher. Wir Erwachsene waren von der voll ausgestatteten Küche und der Sauna sehr begeistert. Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen: wir würden das Haus immer buchen.
