Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. In this case, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation:
- From booking up to 49 days before the start of the rental period = 35% of the rental price
- 49 to 35 days before the start of the rental period = 50% of the rental price
- 35 to 14 days before the start of the rental period = 75% of the rental price
- From 14 days before the start of the rental period = 100% of the rental price
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Note: During the holidays, we rent on a 7-day cycle from Friday to Friday! Special requests only upon inquiry!

Wir möchte uns herzlich bei dem Vermieter für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir in dem Ferienhaus De ZANDBANK in den Niederlanden verbringen durften. Das Haus ist traumhaft und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, und die Ausstattung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
Auch unser Enkel hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und viele Spielsachen ausprobieren, die reichlich vorhanden waren. Das Gartenhaus mit Rutsche und den Rasenmäher haben ihm sehr gefallen.
Wir haben die Ruhe und die schöne Umgebung sehr genossen und werden die Erinnerungen an unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Ferienhaus stets in unseren Herzen tragen und kommen gerne wieder.
