Cancellation policy
If our guests wish to cancel the booking we will apply the following cancellation policy:
• 30% of the total price of booking up to 55 days before the departure;
• 60% of the total price of booking from 54 to 30 days before the departure;
• 80% of the total price of booking from 29 to 15 days before the departure;
• After this deadline, the penalty will be equal to the entire value of the holiday rental

Villa Paola is only a few minutes away from Sant'Angelo in Vado and Urbania, two of the most beautiful villages in the area, where you will find all the main services. Just a few km away you can visit Urbino, a Unesco heritage city and capital of the Italian Renaissance.
The sandy beaches of the Adriatic Sea can be reached in less than one hour by car or if you prefer the mountains, the Apennines with the Sasso Simone and Simoncello Park can be reached in about 30 minutes.
Getting there
Take the motorway A14 Bologna / Pescara. Exit at Fano, follow the direction to Rome, drive about 40 km and then follow the sign to Acqualagna (third exit after a tunnel of about 4 km).
Follow the direction to Città di Castello, drive about 4 km and then follow the direction to Urbania on your right. Drive along Strada Provinciale 55 and Strada Provinciale Metaurense for 12 km until you reach the town of Urbania. Drive along Viale Michelangelo for 1.5 km and then follow the direction to Sant'Angelo in Vado (on your right at the first crossroad, on your left at the second crossroad).
Drive along SS73Bis for 8 km and then follow the direction to Lunano on your right. After 1 km take the unpaved road on your right Vocabolo Ca Rogito, after 300m you will find Villa Paola on your right.
