Holiday destination
The house is part of a private owner's complex (Parco Murlongo), situated in a picturesque natural park. The complex is located within a protected landscape area and is not commercially used. It captivates with its charming position on a hill above Lake Garda, surrounded by ancient trees and offering a magnificent view reminiscent of the Tuscan landscape. Within the complex, there is a swimming pool (operational from approximately May 1st to September 30th) and a tennis court, both of which are available free of charge. A caretaker permanently resides within the complex (House 33), who is not responsible for private rentals but can be called upon for assistance if needed. Two excellent restaurants are just a short walk away. Despite its tranquil setting, the complex is only a 5-minute drive from the town of Garda and the lake with its diverse leisure and sports activities. The nearest towns of Costermano and Albare are reachable by car in 3 minutes and offer various shopping opportunities and a selection of fine restaurants. The picturesque lakeside towns, such as Bardolino, Lazise, Malcesine, Torri del Benaco, Limone, and many others, are delightful excursion destinations. Regional highlights, such as Venice and Milan, are just an hour and a half away by car. Verona, with its architectural marvels from Roman times (e.g., Arena di Verona), is only about a 30-minute drive away.

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal hier. Auch dieses Mal hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dieser tollen Umgebung verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es verfügt über eine schöne, nicht vom Weg einsehbare Terrasse, von der aus man sogar ein Stück Gardasee sehen kann. Auch dieses mal wieder zu erwähnen ist der wirklich sehr gepflegte Parco Murlongo, in dem das Ferienhaus liegt. An dem großen, sehr sauberen Pool haben wir immer eine Liege bekommen. Es ist nie überfüllt gewesen. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Costermano, von Weinbergen umgeben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den Ort Costermano kann man innerhalb kurzer Zeit gut fußläufig errreichen. Gerne würden wir nächstes Jahr wieder hier Urlaub machen!
