The house has three bedrooms and can accommodate six people. We recommend the house for 4 people for comfort. In the garden you can enjoy an almost rural idyll, it is bordered by meadows and fields. The garden is not visible through the high wall. The kitchen-living room with large dining table and small sofa area is located on the first floor. The bathroom with toilet, shower and sink is also on the first floor. The two bedrooms are on the second floor and each has a double bed. In the attic there is a small lounge for reading and resting and another small bedroom with two single beds. We recommend the house to travelers who do not want to miss the bustle of a small port town, but still appreciate a quiet and idyllic retreat.

The small townhouse is named after the river that flows into the Atlantic Ocean in the port town of Audierne: the Goyen. In a few minutes you can reach the small harbor with its bars and restaurants and also the two beautiful beaches of the town of Audierne are within walking distance. Ty Guen with its small garden is located in an area with little traffic. There is no through traffic in the vicinity.
