Our holiday apartment is lovingly furnished, facing south, and has a secluded, separate entrance through the garden and the covered terrace. Quiet location. The garden terrace invites you to have breakfast in the fresh air and to a cozy end of the day, for example, with a glass of wine.
Our house is located on the edge of Seeboden in a residential area without through traffic, a 5-minute walk from the lake and a 15-minute walk from the town center. With us, you will find peace and relaxation. Our pretty, well-kept garden invites you to linger. For your car, there is a parking space on our property, as well as a sheltered place for bicycles.
In 5 minutes, you can reach the Klauberpark on foot, which offers free access to the lake and invites you to swim.

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price. From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price. (The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.)
Since sometimes things do not develop as planned, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance (e.g., with Europäische Reise- und Storno-Versicherung).
