Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price. From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price. (The regulations of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.)
Since sometimes things do not develop as planned, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance (e.g., with Europäische Reise- und Storno-Versicherung).
Rental conditions
- •Deposit: 30% of the rental price days after booking due
- •Final payment: days before arrival

Von dem Moment an, als wir die Tür zu unserer Ferienwohnung öffneten, fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Die liebevolle Einrichtung, die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die durchdachten Details haben uns sofort wohlfühlen lassen und uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Wir konnten die Seele baumeln lassen und den Alltagsstress vergessen. Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Familie Stoxreiter hat uns sehr gut getan. Es fehlte uns an nicht`s, nur leider gingen die zwei Wochen viel zu schnell zu Ende!
