The interiors, with their spaciousness, simplicity and Mallorcan style, create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing. As you enter you will find a large living room, open to the dining area, where you can watch satellite TV or chat and relax on the sofas by the air conditioning. The kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, offers everything you need for cooking, as well as a table if you prefer to eat here and direct access to the outside. The laundry room is separate and has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. There are three bedrooms with double beds, one of them with access to the terrace, equipped with wardrobe, a fan and space for up to two cots and two high chairs. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The equipment is completed with two radiators if needed.

There are 5 sun loungers available as well as a hammock where you can revell in the scent of the fresh grass and the sea. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. Ses Covetes is a coastal area very quiet where the visit to the stunning and paradisaical beach of Es Trenc is a must. This beach is only 1.5 km from the house. It offers beach bars where you can enjoy an appetiser before or after a long day swimming in the turquoise waters. There are other dream-like beaches you must visit like the one in Colonia de Sant Jordi, which is also the perfect town to try the Mallorcan cuisine or fresh fish and where you can do your daily shopping.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
