100% if the previously reserved period is sold to another group at the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded. There are no additional cancellation costs.

Holiday destination
Villa Orange is located in a small village near the sea. The beaches are only a few minutes away by car, there are three supermarkets within 10 minutes, and the area is filled with great restaurants with Istrian and seafood cuisine.
Labin is based on the site of a Roman town on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km.

Wir waren im Juni 2025 für 2 Wochen Gäste in diesem tollen Haus.
Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich zugleich, alles war vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Haus ist großzügig und hell, wir lieben ebenerdige Ferienhäuser!
Das absolute Highlight ist der Garten und der Pool! Die Kids waren begeistert und wir Eltern auch.
Lage top, alles gut erreichbar (Strand, Einkaufen, Restaurants, etc.)
Wahnsinnig nette Vermieter, die jederzeit erreichbar waren, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es gab sogar für alle ein kleines Gastgeschenk.
Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub, wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Orange verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten mit Grill und großem Pool haben den Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in ein paar Minuten alle möglichen Geschäfte. Ebenfalls ist man mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten in die Altstadt von Labin gefahren. Auch das Meer ist nur ein paar Minuten in Rabac erreicht.
Die Einrichtung der Villa Orange ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Auch der Vermieter Zelko war überaus freundlich.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
