The contract is valid immediately upon signature. The deposit will not be refunded without a reason for cancellation. Because of Corona there is a special right of termination. Please ask. From 3 months before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental amount is due even in the event of cancellation. 4 weeks in advance the entire amount. For every moment of cancellation, a percentage will be retained and, depending on the time that has passed, the remaining amount will be refunded. Remaining amounts can be refunded. To avoid damage for both contractual partners, we strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The villa with the penthouse apartment is located in a unique natural park "Alto Garda". Approximately 350 m above Lake Garda. The small town of Vigole is part of the municipality of Toscolano/Maderno. Beaches on the shore are easy and quick to reach. In 2024 there will be a new outdoor pool measuring approx. 4 m x 7.5 m. Walks in nature are possible, as are cycling tours.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung und die Ausstattung - vor allem die Küche - sind sehr gut. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr gute Fussbodenheizung und eine separate Steuerung für das Bad. Das WLAN hat in der Wohnung sehr gut funktioniert. Das Grundstück ist sehr gross und gepflegt. Die Aussicht zum See ist vom 1. Stock des Hauses traumhaft. Die Ruhe ist phänomenal. Die Wohung ist liebevoll eingerichtet - man fühlt sich heimisch wohl. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Der Besitzer wohnt im Haus nebenan - bei Problemen hat man einen Ansprechpartner, ansonsten bemerkt man die Familie überhaupt nicht.

Das Apartment besticht durch den genialen Blick auf den Gardasee und die tolle und ruhige Lage. Auf dem sehr großen Grundstück befinden sich in einem Haus nur zwei Apartments. Im anderen Haus wohnen die sehr herzlichen Eigentümer nahezu unbemerkt. Der Pool und der riesige Garten laden zu viel Spaß und Entspannung ein. Das Apartment ist sehr modern eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der tolle Blick und die Ruhe sind unbezahlbar. Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort und kommen mit Sicherheit bald wieder.
