The contract is valid immediately upon signature. The deposit will not be refunded without reason. From 3 months before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental amount is due even in the event of cancellation. 4 weeks in advance the entire amount. For every moment of cancellation, a percentage will be retained and, depending on the time that has passed, the remaining amount will be refunded. Remaining amounts can be refunded. Holiday destination
The house is located in the municipality of Tignale, on the lowest outskirts of the “Oldesio” district, prime location! The development boundary ends below the house, so the view glides south over olive groves across the entire lower part of Lake Garda. The main town "Gardola" with all shops is easy to reach. Tignale has a lot to offer for leisure, from sports to evening events. There are several restaurants within walking distance from the house. There is a shuttle bus to the lake or you can reach great beaches in your own car.

Wer es gerne etwas ruhiger mag, ist hier genau richtig. Hier spürt man die Ruhe und man kann sich gut erholen fernab vom Trubel. Die Aussicht ist ein absoluter Traum. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl und es fehlt an nichts. Angefangen vom Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Waschmaschine und und und. Auch unseren zwei Fellnasen hat es super gefallen, da sie den ganzen Tag draußen rumtoben konnten. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Veronika und Jürgen. Wir kommen definitiv nächstes Jahr wieder.
