In this case or if you wish to cancel for personal reasons, we will make every effort to find a new tenant for the property as quickly as possible. If we are completely or partially successful, the owner will credit you with the profit from the new rental. You will then only need to pay any remaining difference. If we are unable to find a new tenant, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent.

Holiday destination
Caleta de Velez is a small fishing village about 30 kilometers east of Malaga. This region is known for its particularly mild climate and the fewest rainy days per year. There is always a gentle breeze here, and temperatures rarely rise above 30 degrees Celsius.
Due to its central location, you can make wonderful day trips from here to Granada, Cordoba, Nerja, Sevilla, Ronda, Marbella, Gibraltar, etc.
The Baviera Golf course is located right behind the urbanization.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in einem Haus der Familie Linse und wie immer war alles rundum perfekt. Dieses Mal haben wir unseren Urlaub im Haus La Golondrina verbracht und waren begeistert: Das Haus ist sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Der eigene Pool war für uns das absolute Highlight, ideal zum Entspannen und Abkühlen. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für Erholung pur, trotzdem ist man schnell bei allen wichtigen Zielen in der Umgebung.
Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht und freuen uns jetzt schon riesig! Vielen Dank an Familie Linse für die tolle Betreuung und die immer gleichbleibend hohe Qualität.

Unser Urlaub in der "Golondrina" war wunderbar. Unser Highlight war die große Fensterfront mit Blick auf Meer und die Bucht von Torre del Mar.
Das offene Wohnkonzept hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist ein Traum.
Ein weiteres Juwel für uns aus der uns lieb gewonnenen "Linse-Kollektion".
