If you cancel the booking more than 6 weeks before the rental period begins, 25% of the rental fee is due, but at least 130.00€. If you withdraw within 6 weeks before the start of the stay, the entire rental amount is due. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

The park offers plenty of entertainment. You can spend the whole day in the indoor swimming pool. An illuminated slide with a current channel, a whirlpool provides fun for both young and old. There's also plenty to do in the park. Bowling, mini-golf, tennis, or the kids can head to the large playground on the air trampoline. Or cycle through the polder landscapes, past water ditches and farms or the beautiful bike paths along the dunes and let the sea breeze blow around your nose.
Holiday destination
The wonderful beach has been awarded the environmental "Blue Flag" multiple times, which stands for cleanliness and quality. The magnificent dune landscape is perfect for beautiful cycling and hiking tours.
The beach is about 1 km away and is easily accessible. The dreamy sunsets are a must-see at the beach restaurant "PAAL 6" (open all year round) or during a walk on the beach.
A large playground is available in the park.

Via Amsterdam, then A9 towards Haarlem, Alkmaar, N9 towards Den Helder, exit Julianadorp South
or A7 towards Purmerend/Leeuwarden, exit Den Oover, N99 towards Den Helder, then N9 towards Julianadorp/Alkmaar, exit Julianadorp
from Northern Germany via the Afsluitdijk, exit Den Oover.

Das war eine wunderschöne Woche in der "Villa Mohnblume"! Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal Urlaub dort machen!!!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, die sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet ist.Eine Woche war leider zu kurz,wir wären gerne länger geblieben.Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und zu Fuss ist der Strand sehr gut zu erreichen.Wir können nur sagen Familie Knickenberg Daumen hoch.
