If you cancel your booking more than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental amount, but at least €130.00, must be paid. If you withdraw within 6 weeks before the start of the stay, the entire rental amount is due. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The wonderful beach has been awarded the environmental "Blue Flag" multiple times, which stands for cleanliness and quality. The magnificent dune landscape is perfect for delightful cycling and hiking tours.
The beach is about 1 km away and is easily accessible. The dreamy sunsets are a must-see at the beach restaurant "PAAL 6" (open year-round) or during a walk along the beach.
A large playground is available in the park.
Getting there
Via Amsterdam, then A9 towards Haarlem, Alkmaar, N 9 direction Den Helder, exit Julianadorp South
or A7 towards Purmerend/Leeuwarden, exit Den Oover, N99 towards Den Helder, then N 9 direction Julianadorp/Alkmaar, exit Julianadorp
from Northern Germany via the Afsluitdijk, exit Den Oover.
A car is necessary.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, gut, war Nebensaison. Alles sauber. Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir natürlich auch.Garten ist schön groß. Anlage Yperhof sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten ein paar erholsame Tage in ihrem schönen und gemütlichem Ferienhaus. Es war alles sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Strand und Geschäfte sind sehr gut erreichbar.
