Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. For cancellations up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For later cancellations, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus any services not utilized, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly price as a flat rate according to the price list.

The ski lift to the Montafon/Silvretta ski area can be reached in just under 10 minutes (with ski boots...), and it takes 5 minutes to get to the town with its charming shops and restaurants. In the neighborhood, there are other private houses and their gardens.

Das Haus ist geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet und hat einen Garten. Die Küche ist komplett neu. In 10 Minuten ist man mitten im Dorf und beim Skilift.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
