In case of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant, the following amounts are to be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) up to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) up to the day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day of the rental period start or later: full rental price.

The holiday apartment is situated in a quiet location. The distance to the beautiful sandy beach is only 400 meters. In the town, you will find everything your heart desires: numerous shops, supermarkets (including Aldi and Lidl), a fish shop, cafes, restaurants, a tennis court, mini-golf, a swimming pool, a golf course, and a sports school. The cozy beach pavilion is open all year round. In the spring, you can enjoy beautiful fields of flowers.
Getting there
From Alkmaar: Follow the N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right) turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg to the dunes.
Turn right there; after about 300 meters on the right is the Residence Juliana complex.

Grundsätzlich ist die Ferienwohnung sehr gut und praktikabel eingerichtet. Aber für ein älteres Paar mit körperlichen Beschwerden sind die Esszimmerstühle für ein längeres Verweilen weniger geeignet. Bei den Wohnzimmer Sitzgelegenheiten verhält es sich etwas anders. Wenn man einmal Platz genommen hat, hat man Mühe wieder aufzustehen. Wohlgemerkt, es betrifft nur Personen mit körperlichen Beschwerden. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet für eine Familie mit 4 Personen. In Fernseher könnten etwas mehr Deutsche Programme (nur 4) für schlecht wetter Abende vorhanden sein.
Die Lage ist für Biker einzigartig, da sie gut durch die Dünenlandschaft crusen können.

Wir waren das erste Mal in der residence juliana 15. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und es wurde uns gemeinsam mit der Verwaltung die Wohnung gezeigt. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Vorgaben im Internet. Alles in allem stimmig. Wir sind jetzt im Abschluss sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft,sie war sauber,hell und freundlich was durch die großen terrassentüren kommt. Die Wohnung selbst ist ausgestattet mit allem was man als Selbstversorger tagtäglich so braucht.Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub, eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Terrasse. Sonne bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Einen professionellen und kompetenten Vermieter. Dankeschön dafür das Sie für Rückfragen immer zu erreichen waren. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen
