Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

Holiday destination
Placed in a beautiful environment, in one of the prettiest Istrian villages, this house will give you an escape to nature, but you will still be near interesting sights. The nearest sightseeing point is Pazin, the administrative centre of Istria. The most interesting monument you will find here is a thousand year old feudal Castle built above the Pazin Pit. This was the place that inspired lots of great authors, including the famous Jules Verne.

Wir haben mit 5 Personen im August 2018 einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in diesem Haus verbracht.
Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich, über einen Obstkorb und Olivenöl als Begrüßungsgeschenk haben wir uns sehr gefreut.
Das Haus war sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war auf sehr hohem Niveau. Ein gepflegter Garten und der tolle Pool rundeten das positive Gesamtbild ab.
Die Abbildungen im Internet entsprachen der Realität. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieterin für die schöne Zeit, die wir hier verbracht haben.
