This is a modern holiday home with approximately 120 sqm of living space plus terraces on a secluded corner plot of about 450 sqm. The house has been completely renovated inside and is wonderfully bright due to its many windows and glass fronts, as well as the bright, modern decor. It offers a magnificent view of the sea from the ground-level terrace. It is divided as follows:
The entire area that can be used by tenants is located on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms with A/C and 2 shower rooms (one en suite), a living room with TV and Wi-Fi, a dining room with a great sea view, and a new, fully equipped high-gloss kitchen, of course, also with a dishwasher. In the outdoor area, there is a small outbuilding with a washing machine and dryer. The house is fully equipped with bed linen and towels.
The house is available for rent all year round and has central underfloor heating.
Outside, there is a cozy dining group under the sail-covered terrace as well as several comfortable lounge furniture to enjoy the sea view. In the pool area, there are 6 sun loungers, a parasol, and an outdoor shower available. The pool measures about 3 x 7 meters. An outdoor grill can also be used.

Cala Llombards is a small coastal town located near the beautiful larger village of Santanyi. It boasts one of the most beautiful natural beach coves on the island, just a 2-minute walk from the house. The town has two small supermarkets that are open daily during the season (including Sundays). Additionally, there is a nice bar for small snacks and a great restaurant/beach bar on the beach.

Upon booking/reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the planned arrival date (the date of receipt of payment is decisive). If this is not done, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You have the right to cancel at any time before the start of the trip. The amount of the cancellation fees depends on when we receive your notice of cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply:
- for a cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the rental sum.
- for a cancellation from 59 days to 29 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rental sum,
- for a cancellation from 28 days to 15 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental sum, and
- for a cancellation declared later and for non-utilization of the contractually agreed services, the entire rental sum = 100%.
