Cancellation policy
Upon booking/reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total rental price is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before the planned arrival date (the date of payment receipt by us is decisive) or in cash upon arrival to the owner. If this is not done, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You are entitled to cancel your trip at any time before the start of the journey. The amount of the cancellation fees depends on the receipt of your cancellation notice by us. The following cancellation fees apply:
- for a cancellation up to 46 days before the start of the rental period 20% of the rental sum,
- for a cancellation from 45 days to 10 days before the start of the rental period 40% of the rental sum,
- for a cancellation from 9 days before the start of the rental period as well as for later declared withdrawal and for non-utilization of the contractually agreed services, the entire rental sum (100%).

The tastefully renovated, old natural stone finca with a beautiful view over the fields is located 1.2 km outside of Llombards, on the country road between Es Llombards and Ses Salines. The nearest beach is at Cala Llombards or Cala S'Almonia, about 6 km away. The beautiful long sandy beach Es Trenc is about 9 km away.
