In the first bedroom there is a big box spring bed (1,80 x 2,00m). Three single beds (1.00 x 2.00m) can be found in the spacious second bedroom.
The open living and dining room with kitchenette is comfortably furnished. The kitchenette invites you to cook and everyone has enough space at the large dining table by the window. There is also a sofa corner with flat screen TV.
To the holiday flat belongs of course also a nice bathroom with shower.
For couples with babies/toddlers a cot and a high chair are provided free of charge.

It is possible for you to withdraw from the rental contract in writing at any time. In this case, we will endeavour to find another tenant for the same period and under the same conditions. If we succeed, no cancellation costs or similar will be charged.
If we are unable to do so and you are unable to nominate a new tenant, the following pro rata rents will be payable as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:
In the event of cancellation up to 55 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the rent will be charged.
Cancellation from the 54th to the 35th day before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental price.
Cancellation from the 34th to the 15th day before the start of the rental 75% of the rental price.
In case of a cancellation from the 14th day until immediately before the beginning of the rental period 90% of the rental price will be charged of the total price.
Bed linen is included, the beds are covered.
A set of towels per person is included.
